Stan Ashbee is a singer/songwriter from Southern Alberta and has been featured in newspapers, magazines, and has appeared on television performing original songs. Stan has self-published two collections of poetry and has recorded a CD compilation of original music, which is now on sale. Stan has also performed live throughout Southern Alberta and British Columbia as a solo artist/duo/trio/band and has played and performed with many other local artists, including recording.  Stan has been a part of Canada celebrations in Lethbridge, both at Henderson Lake and Galt Gardens, and was a local performer/act at the Yates for the Nature in Mind Music Festival. Stan has also played various live venues including; Henotic, Mocha Cabana, The Slice, 1010 Pub and many other venues in and around Lethbridge.  Stan has  organized and staged three acoustic music festivals showcasing local musicians entitled "Acoustically Inclined".  He is also a Broadcast Arts graduate and is currently working on his degree in English and Communications.  Stan is also the proud father of two lovely children, that are quite musically inclined as well.  Stan hopes to tour during the summer of 2010 both as a headliner and opening act to support and promote his latest release with L.A. Records and Media Distributing.
